Merz has been trying to stand on his own, walking with support along the sofa is not a difficult feat for him too.

Finally Merz has reached his destination.

It all started last Friday. Last Friday morning, Rae was feverish. Having a temperature of 37.8 deg. Knowing that the school is very strict on health checks, I know it's better for him to rest at home instead of making a wasted trip to school.
The fever did go off after I gave him paracetamol but I came back in the afternoon. As I thought it's not that serious, we went ahead to cg that night. He appeared lethargic on our way to cg, not interested in his dinner and very tired. Upon reaching cg place, he complained of very bad stomach ache and finally mid-way through the cg meeting, he had diarrhea.
Finally Friday has ended, Saturday was worse. Both Raenen and Raemus had fever. It's only low grade fever around 37.5-37.8 deg. I did the same and gave them paracetamol. The fever did go off but it came back once medication goes off. This took place the whole of Saturday.
On Sunday, Rae complained of muscle ache and he was so relunctant to walk. Daddy had to carry him most of the time. And the 2 brothers again were so tired and had no appetite throughout the day. Raemus didn't even finish his porridge that day and vomited the little he took that day. I've even had to borrow clothes on nursery as I've run out of clothes to change him that Sunday morning. I really wonder what's wrong!!
Finally Monday is here. We brought Raenen to PD, however the medications and the things he mentioned were sort of what we have been guessing/know. But good to have a PD 's consult especially it seems to be 3 days of fever. But I'm really quite shock to know that below the temperature of 38.0 deg at ear is not considered fever. So technically Rae wasn't having fever on Friday morning. It began only on Saturday when it went up to 38.2 deg.
Daddy even took off for few hours to go PD together as Rae refused to walk. Thereafter, we stopped by to see some new cars to cheer up the boy, and very surprisingly Rae was walking well in the car showroom. So that's the so-called retail therapy. I guess he is fine and on way to recovery!

However, Merz is still not eating well throughout that day. Daddy and I were also not spared, daddy also complained of body aches and having low grade fever on Tues and Wed. And i have also no appetite and feeling super lethargic that few days.
Virus please leave our family alone!
Finally, Rae is feeling better now, today I brought him to Yèé Yèé house for a playdate to cheer Rae alittle since he has been so cooped up at home/Sch.
Now it's only left with little Merz. Eat well and eat more my little boy!
In God I Trust!

Merz loves playing with balloons. Realized this when he played with a balloon for almost 20 mins all by himself at popo house last Wednesday.

Raenen was totally looking forward to the Kidsrun on 23 May 2010. That morning, it was easy to wake Raenen up as he was so motivated for the run. But don't know why, we didnt reach there very early either. Upon reaching, it's almost time for the sunshine orange kids to start the fun run. I stayed awhile with Iris Yee yee's cg members and went around wanting to find a spot to give Merz breakfast then I realise the race has ENDED. And I didnt even catch a shot of my little runner at the finishing line. :(
But it was great seeing him enjoying himself totally at the run, he was all sweaty after the race, drank 2 bottles of the pediasure milk provided! It was such a cheery sunny day, the view of the city with the Singapore Flyer as the backdrop to the event was splendid. We just can't resist taking shots of those beautiful moments that day.
